Live Life’s Privacy Policy describes how Live Life collects, uses, and shares your personal data.

Personal Data at Live Life
We, Team Live Life; strongly believe that privacy right is a basic right of humans, no matter where they live. So, any information about a person, whether it directly identifies them (like their name) or can reasonably be used to identify them (like a device serial number), is treated as “personal data” for us. Aggregated data, which doesn’t pinpoint individuals, is not considered personal data in our Privacy Policy.

This privacy policy describes how Live Life or companies that are affiliated with Live Life (collectively, “Live Life”) manage personal information that you provide to us via our websites, apps, phone conversations, or in-person interactions at our retail locations. Live Life may provide links on our services to external websites. The definition and use of personal data by third parties are not covered by Live Life’s privacy policy. Before communicating with them, we advise you to review their privacy policies and understand your privacy rights.

Your Privacy Rights at Live Life
We at Live Life value your rights to know, access, update, transfer, restrict, and remove your personal data at any time. We have granted these rights to all our customers, and should you decide to use them, you will not face unfair treatment or receive subpar service from Live Life. You have the option to change your mind at any moment if Live Life asks for your agreement to process your personal data.

• Account Information. Your Live Life Identification and related account details, including email address, devices registered, account status, and age.

• Transaction Information. Data about purchases of Live Life products and services or transactions facilitated by Live Life, including purchases on Live Life online platforms.

• Geographic information. Precise location only to support services such as Find you or where you agree to serve you or your permanent or temporary address.
• Health Information. Data relating to the health status of an individual, including data related to one’s physical or mental health or condition. Personal health data also includes data that can be used to make inferences about or detect the health status of an individual (for example, to recommend for dosage/Quantity of a product).
•  Fitness Information. Details relating to your fitness and exercise information where you choose to share them.
• Financial Information. Details including salary, income, and assets information were collected especially in surveys to design Live Life promotions, offerings, and other trade instruments.
• Government Identity Data. Valid Identity card as required by the laws of Sri Lanka.
• Other Information You Provide to Us. Details such as the content of your communications with Live Life, including interactions with customer support and contacts through social media channels.
  You are not required to provide the personal data that we have requested. However, if you choose not to do so, in many cases we will not be able to provide you with our products or services or respond to requests you may have.

Personal Data Live Life Receives from Others
Live Life may receive personal data about you from other individuals, from businesses or third parties acting at your direction, from our partners who work with us to provide our products and services and assist us in security and fraud prevention, and from other lawful sources.

• Live Life Partners. We may also validate the information you provide — for example, when creating a Live Life ID, with a third party for security, and for fraud prevention purposes.

When acquiring such datasets, we do so by applicable laws. When using such datasets for research and development, we do not attempt to reidentify individuals who may appear therein.

Live Life utilizes your personal information for the following purposes: to run our services, handle your transactions, get in touch with you, maintain security and stop fraud, and abide by the law. With your permission, we may also use your personal information for other reasons.

Live Life’s Sharing of Personal Data
Live Life may disclose personal information to Live Life’s service providers, partners, developers, publishers, and other parties at your request, as well as Live Life’s connected businesses and third-party service providers. For their own marketing goals, Live Life does not provide personal information to outside parties.Live Life does not sell your personal data to any individual or institute at any cost.

Protection of Personal Data at Live Life
As a team Live Life, we believe that great privacy rests on great security. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal data, considering the nature of the personal data and the processing, and the threats posed. We are constantly working to improve on these safeguards to help keep your personal data secure.
If we learn that a child’s personal data was collected without appropriate authorization (for example random Photographs), it will be deleted as soon as possible.

Technologies used at Live Life
Live Life’s websites, online services, interactive applications, and advertisements may use “cookies” and other technologies such as web beacons etc.…. These technologies help us to better understand user behavior including for security and fraud prevention purposes, tell us which parts of our websites people have visited, and facilitate and measure the effectiveness of advertisements and web searches.

• Communications Cookies. These cookies are used to enable network traffic to and from Live Life’s systems, including by helping us detect any errors.
• Strictly Necessary Cookies. These cookies are set as required to provide a specific feature or service that you have accessed or requested. For example, they allow us to display our websites in the proper format and language, to authenticate and verify your transactions, and to preserve the contents of your Bag when shopping online at Live Life.lk

Advertisements that are delivered by Live Life’s advertising platform may appear in the Live Life App. If you do not want to receive advertisements targeted to your interests from Live Life’s advertising platform in those apps, you can choose to disable Personalized Ads, which will opt your Live Life ID out of receiving such ads regardless of what device you are using.
Live Life handles information gathered by these cookies and related technologies as non-personal information in most cases. However, we also treat Internet Protocol (IP) addresses and other similar identifiers as personal data in such areas to the extent that they are deemed personal data under local legislation. Furthermore, Live Life occasionally mixes non-personal information gathered via these technologies with other personal information it possesses. This type of data combination is treated as personal data for the purposes of this Privacy Policy.
